After you have logged in, a RealListings.ca expert representative will call to schedule a time to meet you at your property to professionally complete your listing for you. Your in-home consultation includes photographing and measuring your home, as well as discussing your sale price and writing a hot property description for your online listing. These details will be used to market your property on RealListings.ca and the MLS®. They will also consult with you on staging your home to attract buyers, and how to get the most out of your Assisted-Sale package.
You will then receive your lawn sign, and open house signage, feature sheet, unique phone extension with ring ID, and all the other resources we provide, including access to our trusted legal network - because you will need a lawyer to close your deal when you sell your property.
