What are the costs associated with listing my home on Real Listings.ca? |

How long will Real Listings advertised my property? |

Real Listings agrees to advertise your property for a period of six months or until your property has sold. This contract can be extended for an additional six months if required at no additional cost. |

What are the requirements on my part to list my property with Real Listings? |
| A. |
We require the following:
- You must be the property owner or legal representative of the property owner.
- You must provide us with valid contact information.
- You must notify us immediately if your property has sold or rented. This will ensure the removal of your contact information from our webpage so you won’t get any unnecessary calls.
- You must allow us to post a sold sign on your lawn sign for a period of one week and two weeks on the web. The reasons for this are twofold; one the lawn sign is our biggest means of advertising and secondly, it generally takes two weeks for buyers to realize your property is no longer available for rent or sale on the web and therefore stop calling.
- We require all listings supply us with an exterior photo of your property. We will take the picture ourselves if you cannot supply us with a picture.

How do I register with Real Listings? |

To register for one of our packages, simply click on the “list with us” tab on our homepage and complete the online form. Once we receive the form, we will contact you to make payment arrangements and set up the final details for your listing. |

What payment methods are accepted? |

Real Listings accepts Visa, MasterCard, or cheques. (Note: cheque option may cause delays in your listing as payment must be received prior to web listings launch). |

Are there any hidden fees or commissions I will owe Real Listings? |

No. All pricing options or package ad-ons are clearly displayed on our available packages page. Once you have made payment arrangements with Real Listings we will not charge you any additional fees to advertise your property. |

How long will it take for my listing to appear on the Real Listings webpage? |

Once we have received all necessary information regarding your listing, we will ensure your property goes live within two business days. |

Can I make changes to my listing? |

Absolutely. Simply fill out the change of information request form and we will make all necessary adjustments to your page. |

Will you help me price my home? |

No. Real Listings recommends the use of a certified home appraiser as they are the only qualified individuals able to effectively give you an unbiased value of your home. Real Listings can recommend some reputable appraisers. |

If someone is interested in my property will you help me draw up the agreement of purchase and sale? |

No. We recommend that you do this with your selected real estate lawyer. We have supplied you with an easy to use legal agreement that your lawyer can use. All agreements should be finalized by a lawyer. We can help you find a real estate lawyer to work with. |

How do I access the forms advertised in your packages? |

All clients will be given a member login. Once logged in, you will be able to access and print all forms from our members page. |
